Terms of Service

InstaFraming lets you place your photo inside a decorative frame, add text, and download or share the result. All image processing happens in your browser. Creators can sign in to upload their own frames for other people to use, subject to review.

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass, defame, or threaten anyone;
• upload frames or create images that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• upload content that is hateful, sexually explicit, promotes violence, or spreads deliberate misinformation;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the service;
• impersonate a person, brand, or organisation you are not authorised to represent.

You keep ownership of frames you upload. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and let other users combine your frame with their own photos, for as long as the frame is on the service.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the frame and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. Frames are not published until reviewed by us, and we may reject, edit the metadata of, unpublish, or delete any frame at our discretion — for example if it breaks these terms or is the subject of a valid complaint.

Your photos never reach our servers, so we make no claim to them and take no responsibility for how you use the images you create. You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you frame and for how you share the result.

Every frame page has a "Report" link. If you believe a frame infringes your rights or breaks these terms, use it or email abuse@instaframing.app with the frame link and a description of the problem. We review reports and remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. Repeat infringers have their accounts suspended.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep access to your email secure. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms; when we do, that creator's frames are taken offline.

The service is free and supported by advertising. We may change, limit, or discontinue features, or the service itself, at any time. We aim to give notice of significant changes but are not obliged to.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a particular frame or feature will always be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
